So I wanted to take you guys through a day on Arbonne's 30 Days to Healthy Living. Talk through what I do for my meals, how I balance things, and some of my favorite parts of the program!
I always start my day when I am on the 30 Day track in the same way, and make use of my absolute favorite Arbonne product! I start my morning with a cup of their Detox Tea. All this is is a simple herbal tea, no caffeine, just a simple tea. To that I add either a pomegranate or citrus Fizz. The fizz is a natural caffeine supplement and gives you a great boost of energy, on top of just being really good! As the name suggests, its a fizzy additive that makes your tea seem more like a soda because of the bubbles, but it tastes wonderful and is my favorite way to start the day.
After that, I move on to my morning meal replacement shake. I know that a lot of people are iffy to try protein shakes, and I was one of them when I started this process back in March. I had tried others and found them lacking in good taste and they ended up way to chalky! I'm not going to lie and say that the chalky-ness is 100% gone here...... there isn't really a way to do that when you are using a powder supplement as the basis of your shake. However, I love the flavors that are available, and there are great ways to doctor it up in order to make it taste actually really good!
These are my basics that I start all of my shakes with. Today I started with two scoops of the vanilla protein powder. I wanted something simple, since I was planning on adding my own flavors to the shake. To that I add my fiber boost, the digestion plus (both a pre and pro biotic), and the Multivitamin mix. With all of that in there, I have all of the nutrients that I need to start my day out right. You can stop there and just add water and you could be good to go. I always make my shakes using plain, unsweetened Almond Milk. I think it gives it a much creamier taste and I really like it. To that I add about a teaspoon of my homemade apple pie seasoning! I love the flavors, and makes my breakfast feel like a special treat!
Once I get that all mixed up, I then sliced up an apple into small chunks and threw that in as well. That really tops off the flavors of this shake, and turn it really into desert for breakfast!
This shake is so easy to make up, and it is the perfect partner for a busy morning. I also like to add a fizz to this, as it makes it extra airy and refreshing! You so don't have to add one in though!
This makes my morning routine really easy, and it is super easy to make this up quickly on your way out the door to work or running errands. I will also frequently make up everything the night before and then just give it a quick shake and add in my fizz in the morning!
